HESCOM Mobile Network
For quick and speedy redressal of complaints, customers can now
contact the Asst. Executive Engineers of the area directly on their
mobiles from any land line / mobile Phone. This has been made possible
through the HESCOM mobile network that integrates the mobile phones of
all the officers so that they can interact directly with each other as
well as the customers.
Closer Customer Interaction
To improve
customer care and customer relationships HESCOM will have regular
interactive meetings with resident / customer welfare associations etc.
These meetings will be organized by all the Zonal Chief Engineers
(EL.,), Superintending Engineers (EL.,), O&M Circle Executive
Engineers (EI.,), O&M Divisions and Assistant Executive Engineers,
O&M Sub-divisions at frequent intervals.
